Does anyone know some free good ebook sites that have modern teenage books? I have so many sites with the classics but practically none for modern books!

That is because any recent books (up to 70 years) are protected by copyright law and only the author can make them available for free. Anyone making available links to sites that offer free copyrighted material, or sending ebooks via email, making them available in p2p file sharing or torrents, is breaking the law.
Some libraries offer a catalog of recent books in electronic formats. That is your safest bet. I am subscribed to the NY Public Library just to have access to their ebooks.
